Science and industry partner

The Science Campus Braunschweig-Süd is home to the main office of the German Center for Infection Research (DZIF). At the DZIF, more than 500 doctors and scientists from 35 research institutions across Germany are working together on new methods for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. The synergistic network of universities, clinics and research institutes has created a globally unique infrastructure. Its goal is translation—the effective and rapid transfer of research results to the clinic and vice versa: the influence of clinical findings on research.
